That is right……the new part of the site(off track) is ready! Now you can check out the great moments, the dances, the videos, confessions that I had on Dancing with the Stars!!
It was a fantastic experience and this is just the beggining of more to come…..
Hope everyone enjoy it, and on a side not, I still think my Jive wasn’t THAT bad…..hehehe
Also you can see the beautifull facilites of the YMCA and let me tell you, being part of the trustee has been an amazing experience helping this project becaming even bigger!
Now one of the things racing was able to give me, is opportunites and meeting a lot of people, with that I was able to turn some of this opportunites and join with incredible business friends and take Burger King to Brazil….that is right….the big franchise we were able to start a feel years ago and now is up and running with full throttle!!
With all this I believe I had a lot to learn in life but first….race is my passion and as long as I’m still competitive I will be racing!
The Dancing with The Stars are is live, with all my videos online, with dates, song names, and scores. The other parts are coming in the next few days.

Hi Helio – how are you doing these days (racing off season)? Did you watch Christmas in
Washington last night on TNT channel? Julianne was one of the invited singers. She is
singing better and better, and also busy these days with all her singing performances.
Sure wish she’ll be dancing this Spring for DWTS, and hope ET will invite you again as
one of their interviewers. And hopefully you’ll be allowed to race in January 2009. I
believe in the power of prayers so I know that God has heard and still hearing our
prayers for you and Kati especially this Christmas season. I know you love your family
and I pray that you will have an enjoyable Christmas celebration especially this is
Edoardo’s first Christmas. I wonder what he is going to get this Christmas!!!
One more thing I forgot to mention! I work at the Monroe County YMCA in Bloomington, Indiana. I am the Wellness Team Leader. I have such a passion for the Y and what it stands for! It really touches my heart to see you involved with the YMCA as well! What a great cause for you to support!

and prayers. I could hardly wait to see you racing again, and see your smiling face and
hear those positive words from you. Despite adversities in our lives, keep your faith in God
where your strength and help come from, for you and Kati and the rest of the family. I just bought
a Christmas tree ornament from Cara Charities that you designed and has you in your red suit
climbing the fence! It’s the best design I saw among the other ornaments shown in their web.
I have it on our Christmas tree now with the many angel and musical instruments ornaments I have collected. Be strong!

Em abril desse ano vim morar nos EUA pra trabalhar em uma empresa que trabalha coma organizacao da Indy, desde entao eu passei a assistir todas as corridas, fui ate pra Indianapolis esse ano, virei FA mesm! Oh that yellow suit. That quickstep and your “Love Roller Coaster” cha-cha-cha were two of my favorite dances you did.

I know a few people have mentioned the TV Guide thing with Julianne, and in case you don’t get to see it, the quote she said about it was: “When he kissed me, it was choreographed, but definitely not the way that he did it. It was a lot more enthusiastic than we had practiced.” She listed it as one of her four favorite DWTS moments, so methinks she didn’t mind your enthusiasm!
So is there any chance of you doing the tour this winter? I know my best friend and I would LOVE to go, but we don’t want to spend the money if we don’t get to see you — you’re our driving factor, and no, I didn’t mean to make a terrible pun there. :[ If you could give us a little hint or something, that would be amazing, just a little “keep your calendars free in January 
” in your blog or something! It would be great to see you and your Juju do the quickstep again!

Hi Helio – I am glad someone posted that TV guide article re Julianne’s memorable events at DWTS.
You got a perfect score on both original and repeat performance of the quickstep – you sure
surprised us with that kiss on Julianne – but it was a pleasant surprise. I re-watched your DWTS
dance videos on season 5 and none of the following seasons could compare with season 5. The media
had reported that Season 5 had the highest rating/audience participation than any of the seasons before and after season 5. You really were a joy to watch and so classy when you have to listen to the judges’ negative as well as positive comments, as well as your interactions with Julianne. Brooke and Derek were also fascinating to watch, and I’m so glad they won – but their season
rating still was lower than season 5 but higher than season 6. I got hooked on racing (IRL)
after I watched you on DWTS and your constant mention of racing as your day job. Again, your positive and charming/funny personality at DWTS/ET/racing is encouraging – that’s why we continue to look for on and off the track news about you. Helio, the Quickstep was one of my favorite dances, especially when you did it as your last dance in the finale. And that kiss….wow! Season 5 was definitely my favorite season of all. Did you see the little blurb in TV Guide regarding Julianne’s Farewell. She mentions one of her favorite moments of Dancing With the Stars was the long kiss with you. I agree. I think that was the kiss felt all around the world. I really miss seeing you on t.v., Helio.

Hola Helio, so much fun to see that suit again. I remember you saying to wardrobe that you wanted all the bling. Warren Sapp on this season said the same thing and he got all the “sparks” he could handle. Who would argue with him? I am so happy to see that wonderful smile and upbeat message. I really feel for you with all the turmoil in your life but obviously you are making it a positive and keepng busy with your outreach to your fans. I just watched the Foxtrot to Bewitched and I must say I fell in love all over again. Only the pros moved so effortlessly across the floor. I am praying for positive results in your case and look forward to watching you race next season. I went to Indy 500 last year just to see you race and to experience the whole atmosphere. Helio….que legal que mais uma parte do site está pronta…pelo menos agora vou poder ver vc dançando (pq no ano passado, não pude te acompanhar nesta fase…)….é..,às vezes, na vida, levamos umas rasteiras, e das pessoas que a gente menos espera…mas precisamos levantar a cabeça, ter fé e seguir em frente…Em um e-mail que recebi, passa a seguinte frase: “A Preocupação olha em volta, a Tristeza olha para trás, a Fé olha para cima”, achei bastante interessante…
Mas coisas boas também nos acontecessem a todo instante…e é nisso que temos que nos focar…
E só de olhar as tuas fotos, e o teu sorriso, já é uma alegria!!!! Continue sempre assim: confiante!!! “Não deixe a peteca cair”!!!!

Mom and I were just watching your dances again last night. Both jives were great ! The judges just like to upset people with their comments so people will phone in. My favorite of your dances was the waltz. How beautiful !! It hasn’t been interesting since you left. I don’t watch ET anymore since you don’t do the interviews.

Helio, this is so fun! Love your website and this part makes it even better. Great pictures, videos and all the news. I just love looking back at the videos of your dances. The show has not been, nor ever will be,the same without you on it. I really mean that and think many others feel the same way. And your jive was THAT good! You were so amazing to dance like that. But mostly I think it was your personality that endeared you to so many of us. And the smile and dimples didnt hurt either!

Thank you so much, Helio, for keeping your fans in mind. And I agree that both your jives were great. I could not believe some of the scores the judges gave for some of the jives this season when they scored your’s so low by comparison. I had even watched them again on You Tube to make sure it wasn’t my imagination. I recall you saying on Oprah that other drivers said they couldn’t do the show because you set the standard too high and they felt they’d have to win it to keep up. Well, it wasn’t just for drivers that you set the bar too high. You were the best of the best and the show has not had as much excitement for me since you were on it.
I’m going to check out the offtrack section now in greater detail. Thanks again. You’re simply the best!
