Thank you for sharing all of the wonderful photos of your nephew. He is absolutely adorable and looks to be following in his uncle’s footsteps with that “killer smile” and sparkle in his eye. I remember hearing you say during an interview that being an uncle was fabulous. Being an aunt myself…I’d have to agree with this statement! I love being able to spoil my 3 nieces and 1 nephew. In about 8 weeks, there will be a second nephew to add to the mix.
The holidays are always great when you get to watch them through children’s eyes. Glad to know that you had a fantastic holiday with your family and friends. One of the most important things in life is spending time with your family and friends (not just during the holidays) as they can get you through the most difficult times in your life. I continue to send prayers your way!

Thank you for the article. It was great to hear Helio thanking his fans for praying for him and his family. It also helps to have his family here supporting him at this time. Something like this shows what really is important in life family ,friends and fans who love him and support him.

BTW, there is still some confusion on how to spell your nephew’s name. I read long time ago, in one
of your interviews that it’s EDOARDO and that’s what I was writing all the time. Or, is it the
American way – “Eduardo”?

Kati should send some photos of baby Eduardo to Gerber or Johnston & Johnston. He’s definitely got the smile, demeanor and gleam in his eyes that will look good in a commercial or on the cover of baby products. Don’t forget Parents magazine too. He’s beautiful!

Heard that Will’s keeping your seat warm for you until this situation is resolved.
From the pics I’ve seen from the press conference. You look upbeat, fit (all that dancing, tennis, and other workouts have left you with a very nice pair of guns), and confident that all with go well with your case.
Still praying that all goes well.
I am glad to see Penske is standing by you and that Will Power will just be keeping your seat warm until you are back. Now, at least, you can fully concentrate on your legal matter.
I’m praying for your case to be resolved quickly and positively. I can’t wait to watch you race again. We all love you and wish you the best.
Helio, it was so sweet of you to keep us, your fans, in mind when you knew the news that was coming out today. I believe in you and I believe in the One and Only God of Love and Goodness and I’m praying continually that HE will champion your cause now and always. In my last post I added that you tube link someone made of you dancing to the song “I Am Indy”. That video always makes me smile. Even when I don’t need cheering up, and although I’m not Indy, I sing it when I’m happy too. God is good. I hope you find comfort in HIM and His Word during this difficult time. “If God is for us, who can be against us…. Who will separate us from the love of the Christ? Will tribulation or distress or persecution…. To the contrary, in all these things we are coming off victorious through him that loved us.” (Romans 8 )

Cute picture of Eduardo, but like everyone else I like to see your smiling face. I can’t believe that they are replacing you with Will Power. You are the reason we even started watching Indy racing. The thought of some one else in your #3 car is very upsetting. March 2nd is our daughters birthday. It was a lucky day for us so I hope that it will be a lucky day for you as well. Helio, I have to agree with Tree, this has to be temporary. According to many articles, racing is having its share of issues and letting you go would not help anything. It could only hurt because many loyal fans of yours, that you won over all by yourself, will just plain lose interest. I learned to really like racing but would never have the same interest if you werent there. Like James said, you have brought so much enjoyment. Will be waiting to hear more at the press conference. Oh please, let it be good.

Your nephew is so cute. Thank you, and his parents, for sharing him with us. The intense love your family has is a beautiful testament to your faith. Your family’s willingness to do all they could to help you succeed is probably your greatest blessing, and you certainly show how much they mean to you and have taken none of them for granted. Because I grew up in a loving yet somewhat dysfunctional family, it gives me as much joy when you share your family with us as when you’re sharing yourself. For me personally, your family’s tremendous love and loyalty towards one another testifies to the Biblical truth that “love never fails”. All of you are an inspiration for obeying what is good and right and you’re also an example of how to find genuine happiness in this life.

I am reading unpleasant news about a news conference tomorrow. Rediculous. If you are being replaced, it better be for 1 season only until you are cleared of all charges – then it better be your seat again. I swear, I will not purchase one single product from any sponsors until you are properly reinstated.

I hear the reports of a possible replacement. If its true All I want to say is your brought me great enjoyment throughout your years at penske.In fact, I’ll never forget the day you won Long Beach and you and Roger walked into a local resturant there for dinner that afternoon. I wish you the best in all your future endeavor and hope to see u at the races again one day. Im sure Roger P and all your friends at penske will miss you dearly. Best of luck in your battle!!

Hi Helio, I like to see the pictures of super cute Eduardo since it is clear you have a great time with him and have a real bond. Even more I like the pictures of you for obvious reasons.This picture is a bit of a tease for us since we can only see a well muscled arm.(that is you, right?)Maybe you can post 2 pictures, one with him and one of just you. It is so nice to see pictures of your handsome, smiling face. Whatever, I will take any pictures you want to post. The more the better.
We are hearing some unpleasant rumors about next season. Hopefully its only rumors and you will be there in your car where you belong. No one can take your place. You are the one and only Helio! Again, may this year bring you nothing but the best.
