You have brought so many moments of sunshine to my life as I was watching you dance and race when I was going thru some very tough times. All of your fans are hoping that you know that we want to do the same for you. Hoping and praying that we will see you at the Streets of Toronto in July (maybe even climbing the fence!).

Hi Helio, Hope you had a nice Valentines’s Day with someone special! A lot of us thought last Monday was a court date for you but looks like it is tomorrow instead. Now I’m smiling! I just watched you, Helio, on a video on the homepage for indycar.com. You were the first one and then again around the 2 minute mark. You’re always brighter than sunshine.

Hi Helio. I was reading a transcript of a chat with Tony Stewart and he said he’s given up the fence climbing so it’s all your celebration now. I still remember the article where you said you were concerned for Tony because he’s not a little guy like you.
Still praying that everything goes well for you and Kati. Since Tony’s not scaling fences anymore, you’ve got to do it.

@Kelly: Actually Kelly the judge could rule any time between now and the start of trial. But what do I know?

Thanks Chuck. I didn’t even notice that you wrote “head” until you corrected yourself.~smile~ I suppose the judge will rule on the motions relatively quickly since it will determine what arguments the lawyers need to prepare for the trial. I’ll have to wait and see.
@Kelly: Apparently I can’t type. “head” should have been “heard”.
@Kelly: I think the judge probably head arguments today and will rule later. He may have also asked for additional briefing from both the prosecution and the defense prior to rendering a decision. That’s my guess anyway.
They say no news is good news. I hope that’s why there’s no news (that I can find googling) about your court hearing yesterday. If the judge had to sleep on it before deciding is, perhaps, good news.
Whatever the outcome, Helio, I love the spirit you show. And I love the beautiful spirit that shines on your family. May God bless you all and protect you from your adversaries.

Thanks to you, I got two 100′s on my essays. I wrote about how inspiring you were for one and the second is about why I’m so proud to be a fan of your’s. Also, on my second essay, my teacher wrote a little note about you’re DWTS appearance: “I saw that. He was so cute!”
And to back up Rhonda, you’re fans have been so supportive because that’s what true fans do. No matter the situation, whether you’re having good luck or bad luck, we’re gonna stand by you and send you kind words of support.
Still praying that everything goes well for you and Kati in your case. I really want to see you fnally get your championship you deserve (even though you’re a champion in everyone’s eyes).
@Helio: Enjoy the blog entries. The work out video reminds me of curcuit training routines I used to do every weekend. Also inspires me to keep my six pack from becomming a 2 Litre
I admire anyone who can skip roap. Very coordinated!! I have the most difficulty with that exercise. Hope to be hearing good news from your blog in March!!!! I’ll pass on a little note of encouragement for you prior to your trial date. I’ve worked on a few large complex trials in my time and also served as a jury foreman in large criminal case so I have perspective from both sides of the box. As it gets close I’ll offer you support and some hints of wisdom I’ve gained working on jury trials that may be helpful to you. You still enjoy good will out there and hopefully the right verdict and following interview will have your image renewed, shinier and new.
By the way, I ran across an autographed Helio Castroneves Calendar on Amazon.com and bought. You should remind your web fans that it’s availble.

Helio, I read that you and Kati will be in court again on Monday. I have been continuously keeping you and your family in my prayers. I know from your spirit that you did not do what those unrighteous men are alleging about you. I keep praying to our God for a just outcome in your case. Your work out video had some great music also. Just another example of what a great guy you are, thinking of your fans and keeping us happy. Thank you so much for the video. As I was sitting here watching I was wondering how to get my pictures to you, then up came a picture of my husband Tom and I. It was taken at the Detroit Belle Isle Grand Prix. It’s 1:27 into the video. My co-workers almost had to pick me up off the floor. I work in a library so I must say it was really hard not to scream “We’re on Helio’s web page” for all the patrons to hear. Anyway, thanks for putting our picture on; it really made my day.
