Hello Everyone,
Helio has been traveling around, working out, doing appearances and sponsors events.
He is also preparing for January!
2010 brings a lot of great things! Keep on cheering!
In the mean time, as we promissed here are 2 of the commercials filmed for HCA EAST FLORIDA.
They aired only in East Florida, so this is a chance to all national and international fans to have a look.

Also, Helio just filmed yesterday in Miami, another commercial for HCA. This time with the honor of being side by side with a legend, Hall of Fame football coach Don Shula.

Saw you talking to Marie on ET. I’m glad you have no plans to have eight kids like she does (not sure Adriana would go for that number either).
You said two or three. Sounds like a decent number of cuties for you and she to chase after.
Hope all continues to go well in the final weeks of the pregnancy and Mikaella is born healthy and beautiful like her parents (and I love the pronounciation of her name; so beautiful).
It was wonderful to see you on DWTS last night, even if it was only sitting in the audience. You and Adriana looked great! The show is not the same without you. Would LOVE to see you dancing again!!!

I about jumped off the couch when I saw you and Adriana at DWTS. You two make a beautiful couple. The first time I met her I knew she was the one for you,of course at that time I didn’t know there was a little girl on the way. You both looked wonderful as always, Tom hit the rewind on our Tivo several times. Take care. BIG HUGS to all, Rhonda & Tom.

Aww Shucks! Wish you would have told us. I would have recorded it while I was at the market. Dwts just hasn’t been the same without you and I quit watching this season’s episode’s last week. Please let us know the next time you’ll be on tv, whether it’s dwts or anywhere else.

I just realized that your princess is due in seven weeks! (I was counting how many weeks it was until my b-day, which is the day before) And I’m sure they’re going to be the longest seven weeeks of your life. We know how impatient you can get.
Can’t hardly watch the dancing tonight on DWTS cause I thought I caught a glimpse of you and Adriana on the show. Wishing you were on that dancing floor.
Helio, nobody is perfect but you’re the closest I’ve ever seen someone get close to it. I’m not sure anyone can surpass your parents example when it comes to raising children in a deceptive world. You were blessed to have them, and your children will be blessed to have you too. It is good to see you so happy again. God bless you.

Loved seeing you Helio. You look so relaxed and happy after the wild year you’ve had. And I could hear the excitement in your voice when you talked about impending fatherhood. You’re going to be a great father, Adriana will be a wonderful mother, and Mikaella is going to be the ultimate Daddy’s girl.
Continue enjoying your off season and preparations for both the upcoming season and your baby girl. Not much longer now. January’s fast approaching.

It’s now posted below.Helio, it was good to see your interview last night on Fox 59 news here in Indianapolis (see video at http://www.fox59.com). You mentioned you were putting your house in Miami up for sale. I watched part 2 of the interview tonight on fox. I guess it’s a sure thing about you writing a book since you mentioned it during the interview. They said your book would be out in May before the Indy 500. I can’t wait to read it!!! P.S. When you move into your new house, make sure to put all those trophies somewhere that your daughter won’t knock them over on top of herself. You won’t even believe all the things you’ll have to put away until Mikaella gets older! So good to see you so happy! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving Day! You have SO MUCH to be thankful for this year!!!
@Paige: I saw it Paige and I agree Helio would have done soooo much better! I personally think it was not fair. How come the people who suppposedly voted for her now didn’t vote for her when she needed it??? As far as I am concerned, Helio will always be the best contestant DWTS ever had!!!! We love you Helio! PS…Will your daughter learn to dance before she learns to walk LOL
I didn’t see it last night, but I haven’t heard any real positive reviews of the Design-a-Dance Sabrina performed last night with Mark. You probably would’ve done an even better job.
It’s OK though. Obviously you’ve been a very busy bee as of late with getting ready for the new season and your and Adrianan’s little princess’s arrival (I can just about guarantee Mikaella will be a princess even if it’s just in her daddy’s eyes).
Thanks so much for keeping us up-to-date with Helio’s activities. It certainly brought a smile to my face – but then again – Helio has a habit of doing that for all of his fans (we are so lucky). Looking forward to hearing more updates and definitely January (the Birth of his and Adriana’s little bundle of joy)!
