Helio Castroneves sent welcome wishes to the new race director for the IndyCar series, Beaux Barfield. Having worked with categories such as Champ Car and American Le Mans Series, among others, he now exercises the functions previously under the responsibility of Brian Barnhart, who remains in IndyCar serving as president of operations.
