This is a book about a DREAM. As a young boy in Brazil, you either want to be the next Pele or the next Ayrton Senna. I wanted to be Senna.

I got my first go-kart when I was 11 and I never looked back. When I was 14, my father realized that I had the talent and my dream became his dream...it became the FAMILY DREAM.

This is a story of UPS AND DOWNS. My father went bankrupt funding my career, my sister was a professional ballerina and she quit to become my manager. No matter what, they were behind me through every defeat and every victory. They are the reason I was able to realize my dream.

It is a book about CLIMBING TO THE TOP BOTH ON AND OFF THE TRACK. I tell of my early racing days, my time on Dancing with the Stars, something that I did that was outside my comfort zone, my most thrilling wins and worst defeats, the trial, which was the first time I was forced to slow down, stop and look back; and off course, the birth of my daughter.

My story is one of incredible ups and downs. And I have realized that THE DOWNS HAVE MADE ME WHO I AM TODAY. They have brought me to this amazing moment in my life.
